My experience was great. Andrew Roble was fantastic to work with, the paperwork was very simple. The storage facility is very clean and Secure look forward to keeping my RV there, and I know that it will be very secure there.

They encountered an error charging my card and I was never notified. Then then locked me out of my unit and I had to find out after hours when I went to move my stuff. Called and they said oh sorry we thought we couldn’t charge your card but everything is fine. Except they had already locked my unit and since it was after hours I could not access. This is no fault of my own. Also my unit flooded a few weeks ago and not one person notified us they had a broken pipe causing the flood. I will definitely take my business elsewhere text time I need a statue space.
