The Staff. I’ve consulted businesses at every stage and the x-factor always ends w/employees. They say “good help is hard to find”. because if customers like them it’s usually at a loss for a company. They want to hire those that make money.This staff is the unicorn. Places look to hire, but never can find. Well is cuz they work at THIS storage. Customer service equal to doing whats in the company’s best interest. As a paying customer who happens to have associations to the board and never the tween shall meet. I came for the hours (that changed). The sizes were not as stated.
But I’m staying cuz of the staff. Completely professional and friendly to service the clients yet doing best to make the company money.

This is a fantastic storage facility, been renting here for almost a year and the facilities are very clean, secure, and always well maintained. The staff are super friendly and always willing to help! Will be renting here for a long time! Monique and Kayson are A+ people!
