Extra Space Storage

Moving in was smooth even though the hours of access were limited. My main gripe is that after renting for three months I received notice that my rate will go up by over $100. Didn’t know that was legal. Beware your rate is not locked in.

Super friendly staff. Helpful and available. These units are conveniently located and clean. It can get a little complicated navigating the facility but once you get used to it it’s easy. Also the staff is always available to assist. :)

Alia was very helpful showing me different storage options and got me though the sign-up process very quickly.

Totally satisfied with all staff services and Omar's and Mark's and their assistants' responses to my needs as I considered downsizing over several weeks to a much smaller unit that I will continue to rent in the foreseeable future! I have rented several large units for many decades! As a retired LA County Public librarian, my main storage need was to store thousands of collectable books and book outline printouts and magazines in preservation safe conditions for research purposes for my website www.alphabeticalbrain.com

Now that relevant information is widely available online, printed formats of valuable resources are far loss important, except for the classic printed sources about the brain and psychology and history! Now I am beginning to master my storage needs with ExtraSpace staff help! Thanks so much!
