Excellent customer service provided by
Adrian this morning.
George was so friendly and welcoming. So is the person that I spoke with on the phone. Everyone was so incredibly kind. I also appreciate that the location is open later than most.
Awesome
The indoor storage units have a weird musty smell, probably like mothballs. It is off-putting. Because of this I am not going to store my winter clothes or bedding comforter blanket unless if it’s in an air tight space vacuum bag. Other locations have concrete floors, no smells. This place has carpets. I wish the access hours were later like other locations. Other than that I am mostly happy so far. I think the storage unit facility is a franchise, so their rules and pricing increases are different from other storage facilities by ExtraSpace. Read the contract carefully to know your specific rate increases.
The people working there are nice and friendly. Thank you Karla, Adrian, and the other guy for your help and patience.
There are always plenty of dolly carts, but sometimes people are too lazy to bring them back down after they used it ?
Show up at least 30 minutes before closing to move stuff. Don’t show up 15 minutes before closing or else you might not be let in because the gate locks. If you need anything done in the office do it earlier in the day or at least an hour before closing.
Re: unit B321 F Glencoe Marina Del Rey, CA 90292
I have been a customer of Extra Space for 10 years and I do not owe them any money. Recently, I was informed that my unit was auctioned off for $270 cash , which is the exact cash amount I had paid to Karla Garcia. I am requesting Extra Space to release my storage unit, legal documents, and any overpayments promptly. I believe I have been overpaying for my unit compared to current market rates. The contents of my unit are valued at over $30,000. I suspect foul play involving Brie Cortes and Karla Garcia. My experience with this location over the past 6 months has been disappointing. I am seeking a fair resolution and justice in this matter. Please release my unit.
I started paying $262 for a 10x10 unit with elevator access. Without any notice, the rent doubled to $514 over the years. I find it unfair that the same 10x10 unit with elevator access is now being advertised for $387 or even less. Where is the grandfather pricing for loyal tenants like myself who have been at the property for a decade? When attempting to address this issue with the on-site team or a conflict resolution calls, they have hung up the phone. It is concerning to see legal experts standby to support these wrongful practices. I am seeking justice in this matter and hope for a fair resolution to the discrepancy in pricing. As a long-term tenant, I believe there should be consideration for those who have been loyal residents for years. I urge the management to address this issue promptly and fairly.
