I’m new to this area and I was recommended from a friend to check out this place and I was impressed . The girl that helped me out , Nancy was so patient with me , answering all my questions I had . Very sweet & kind girl ! Recommended coming here & letting Nancy help you out ! She knows what she is doing !

Amazing customer service from Harry at the MdR location. Clean spaces, organized, clear instructions, and most of all, kindness-- provided to us during our sign up and first move in of items. Easy access and parking. I highly recommend this site.

Really happy with the service I received from Nancy, would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Thankfully they adjusted the hours because it used to close too early for anyone with a 9-5 to be able to even get there before close. However recently I went with an entire car load of stuff and made a special trip only to find I could not access the building. They had turned off access before closing hours. Made it really inconvenient with a car stuffed full of things to not be able to store my own belongings or even access my belongings. If you have set hours, abide by them.
