Extra Space Storage

This storage company is amazing! The customer service here is top tier!! Since the moment I got a unit here everything has gone smoothly. Jennifer helped me the day I got my storage unit and she gave me a wonderful first experience in helping me choose the unit and giving me all the information I needed. I have called a couple of times and she has always helped me with great care. This company is very communicative and are always there to help their customers. They send you emails prior to changes being made and ensure that I am satisfied with the service. They also have been so supportive to the community during this time that the fires in Los Angeles have been happening and that speaks volumes of their character as a company and their consciousness. Thankyou extra space storage and Jennifer for the exceptional customer service. I feel very good to have my things stored with you guys and to have chosen this storage company <3

I genuinely love this extra space storage location because of how great Jennifer is in regards to following up with things, helping out, and just overall customer service. My only issue is the pay raise on the storage fee. In the past, back in April or May of 2024, my pay rate was raised by 20$. And was told it was sent in the mail even though it was never received . (Jennifer was still helpful when I came to her about my concern when I noticed it) Just to get another 20$, which was added on starting February. So sadly, within the next month or so, I'll no longer be able to keep due to how expensive it's gotten for me. Maybe in the future, when I'm financially stable, I'll be coming back. Aside from the one issue, it seems like they're starting to make changed to insure costumers are notified about the fee changes. So I hope it stays inforced.

Very pleasant and helpful with my issue.
I can't express enough how great it was to deal with such a professional and courteous person, especially since I called just minutes from closing on Saturday. She NEVER made me feel as if I was an inconvenience nor did she rush me through my issue. She took the time to listen and then suggest a course of action to resolve my issue and answered all my questions.

As a side note: the grounds there are always clean and secured. Aside from Jennifer and staff there, it is one of the main reasons I do recommend this facility to my friends and plan to use your services from here on....
