We all know the prices of a storage unit can be ridiculously expensive particularly when they up the price on a regular basis. Almost seems like every 2 or 3 months and I can’t say that extra space storage has been an exception to the price hiking or even the rudeness of the employees like at public storage but this particular location at 11635 Washington blvd in whittier stands out in my than one way the employees give me calls before a late fees is imposed and even have waived the fees just to give me a break in bill one person stands out the most in my opinion Dylan is his name very courteous even opened the door during his lunch he has saved me money many times and I appreciate it very much. Thank you Dylan there’s also a girl I don’t remember her name but has tattoos on her arms she is also very helpfull. Appreciate them both thanks
