edit to my review. the company reached out and took care of the issues we had. they were very polite and professional. i am happy that they understoodthe gravity of the actions of the onsite manager were detremental to everyoe involved. extra space storage is a good company. just avoud this location. the other facilities sem to be great.
If I could give zero I would avoid this place
you will lose all your stuff it's infested with rats and the facility will do nothing about it. The rats turned our stuff into hazardous waste and the management there won't dispose of it they want me to load my car with rat urine soaked boxes. Called to talk to manager and she hung up on me.

Jennifer has been a very pleasure to meet. I had the honor of meeting her and she has been a great person/manager. My wife and I have been storing for a long time and we had a rent increase and it was over our budget but when we encountered her at the Whittier location she didn’t hesitate to help out. From her customer service to her friendliness we knew we were in good hands. I just want to say THANK YOU Jennifer for being the best and for making our day a better one. Will recommend to family and friends
