Don't store your staff in this facility! I put my personal living staff in, just three weeks later, someone went through my locker, took my new pair shoes, and other unopened brand new staff, I called police and asked manager to check the video, they didn't really want to help! Not much money, but I didn't get help for those thevies' doing!
They broke my lock, I put new one, a week ago, manager called me and claimed that I didn't lock my space well, they helped me lock correctly, la
ter on I went to check my locker, I found my other staff worth around $20 got stolen again!
Don't put valuable staff in this extra storage! They will rip you off quickly and no help from facility and police!!!

I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage in Cerritos! The process of checking out the facilities and viewing available unit sizes was incredibly easy. They honored the web rate I found online and even gave me a fantastic discount.

Esmeralda, the staff member who assisted me, was extremely helpful and kind. She gave me a quick tour, helped me find the perfect unit size, and answered all my questions thoroughly. She provided clear information about monthly recurring charges, as well as required and optional insurance, including earthquake coverage.

The whole process was seamless, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Looking forward to storing my extra stuff here! Highly recommend.
