Move in was simple and Jessica was very helpful and courteous.

Using the online program was easy. When we arrived Jessica was very welcoming and treated us like royalty. Highly recommend.

Jessica did me a huge favor. She called to let me know I didn’t properly lock my unit. She placed a temporary lock on the unit and notified me immediately. Great job! Thank you, Jessica!

I have so far been very happy with the storage itself but the rate increase was a surprise. The managers in the office helped me to figure it out but still, I think it should be clearer on the website that rates can change.

I got a call that my lock wasn't secure, they secured it with another lock and then called me.....I was able to get there quickly and re-do the lock. The gal was very nice and helpful!
