Jose has excellent customer service. The rate is already exceptional. However, Jose made my day with his cheerful response to my call to cancel reservation because of timing. He promptly offered a solution to extend the reservation giving more time to think on my decision.
In a world inundated with less than on par service, I found it quite refreshing to receive quality service before I even step foot into the establishment. I like the respect I was given on the phone and the professional courtesy of calling ahead & the commitment to service. I could tell that Jose was upper management and I just had to leave this review. Thanks for motivating my day with good energy, Jose. Extra Space definitely has a customer for life!
