Extremely easy to sign up and very helpful and friendly employees. Highly recommend using Extra Space storage for any use. Needed a month rental and pricing was decent and space was great.

Overall a good experience. First 3 months was a great rate then they almost doubled my price! Another thing was that they don't have AC units. I was trying to keep my vinyl records in a cool place since I didn't have AC at my house, so just keep that in mind. Location was perfect for me, right next to the Metro station. Had they not doubled my rates I might've stayed with them for a lot longer. Their greed made me close up shop, real quick... The employees were extremely helpful however and I understand that it's not their rules about the billing rates which is why I left a high rating. In conclusion, I would recommend to others but I would just point out the stuff I did here.

This place is great! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Steven gave me a tour and showed me everything I need to know. He is very nice. They have great discounts on units. I am very satisfied with the service!
