So far everything has been 5 Stars. I had an issue that I brought to the attention of the girl in the office, and it was resolved to my complete satisfaction in less than 24. Wonderful!

Management was always very professional, and friendly!

UPDATE: Move out process was also easy....New company owning this place is EXTRA Space Storage - really didn't like the price increase after about 3 months into rental by the new company. Roger is still there - lucky for the company. Actual location of unit was a little difficult because of a ramp to access the building... when leaving this was a bit hazardous to control cart going downhill. Potentially dangerous situation in the building access design. I almost seriously injured myself when I was nearly pinned between the cart and my car.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Was so pleased with Life Storage rental .. got the perfect unit for my needs for the needed period of time (8 months). Thank you Roger! You were so helpful, thorough and informative. You made me comfortable and it was an easy decision to rent from Life Storage because of you. Now - just waiting for my email (passcode) and then I get to do the real work - moving my stuff. Also great to see you have several functional carts to assist with loading. Thanks again for your kind assistance!

2025 update: Roger really takes care of things and is very kind. Recommend asking questions about security protocol to keep your items secure. Clean and accessible area.

Jennifer is awesome and super helpful! I loved being able to reserve in advance online. This is my second time renting a storage unit here.
