Service getting set up was fine. The problem you'll find is that in month 4 they will increase your rent 20%, then will increase the same rate every 6 to 8 months. In two years our cost to rent has now doubled. The space is more expensive to rent than a similar sized space in more expensive real estate markets (like Santa Monica or West LA). We rented here because we thought it would be more affordable long-term. I called to discuss this - they said 'downsize to get a lower rate' but then they said they would increase rates similar to what they have now. What started as $180/month is now $360/mo two years later. If I wait another two years, based on their business approach, we'll be paying $720 for a 10x10. We're leaving. Not coming back.
