Extra Space Storage

Applied online for the storage unit. Filled out the info required on the application, paid it. Read & signed docs. Quick & easy process 15 hrs later, went to the storage facility just to check where my unit space would be located Staff accommodated me & gave the staff my info re renting a unit. Staff briefed me re the unit & other info needed. The storage facility is freaking clean. That's the first thing I noticed when I came in this afternoon! Site Manager & the crew did an awesome job.

Nolan was a great help and answered all the questions we had, making the process a lot easier.

Staff is great but I left because of the shady pricing of Extra Space as a company . Signed up for $92 a month. Two months later they upped to $129. Two months after that, they upped it to $179. Within 6 months they essentially doubled my rent.

This is a total scam. They act like they have the best rates only to pull the rug on you once you move all your stuff in.

Look elsewhere even if the upfront cost is a little higher.

Wasn't a fan of this place, I won a storage and all the trash bags had holes in them like someone went thru them.
