Extra Space Storage

I had my unit for almost a year. The costumer service is good. I did get an online deal but sadly after 3 months of use they raised it $30 dollars which was disappointing. At this point I couldn’t move my items. The only issue is that they have very limited carts and people don’t put them back so you’ll find yourself looking all over the warehouse to find one. Just keep in mind that if you store on the second floor the roof leaks and causes moisture in the units. They have containers catching the water that leaks from the roof all over the 2nd floor. If you have moisture sensitive items I would consider storing elsewhere or the 1st floor only. The lift is very sensitive. You have make sure you follow the instructions properly. Overall it’s a safe warehouse and extremely convenient. It’s close to the freeway and trolley station.
