Quick, easy, and the PRICE is right. 15 min phone call to set up and the unit is ready whenever you need it. No need to meet anybody for keys or sign paper work. Just email confirmation and click to sign lease.. There weren't complimentary carts to use (hence the 4 star) that I saw but maybe they were somewhere else - I forgot to ask because moving is usually hectic no matter how well you plan. The 5x10 is perfect for random overflow. I rented a unit that is accessible through an inside hallway. It's not an outside unit but pull up parking to unload was super easy. Keep a dolly/carpet dolly in your unit.

Property is clean, the kiosk is great for payments. Helena is nice

Place and people were nice! Seems nicely secure and the workers had patience with all my questions.
