I've rented here for many years when it was Solana Beach Storage, which was family owned. When the former owner sold, I was worried this would become 'another 'corporate' business. I've been pleasantly surprised by the fairness and kindness by the staff here, Phil and Candace have been very easy to work with and super approachable. Still feels like a family business!! A rarity these days.

Came to see a unit needed quickly and Philip helped us with everything we needed and answered all of our questions. Very nice guy and staff with clean place and well kept area.
