Extra Space Storage

The manager Emmanuel is very unprofessional. I bought and paid for an auction unit. The auction was cancelled and I simply called to request a receipt showing why the auction was cancelled. Emmanuel was rude and took the request personally and became agitated. He then submitted a formal request to ban me from the auction site. This has taken a toll on part of my income. You will be receiving a subpoena soon. Evidence will show that I was not in the wrong and I will be requesting payment for lost wages. I suggest you remove the erroneous complaint against me.

Let me just start this by saying the facility looks NOTHING like the advertising photos. There’s no new paint, no flashy green doors. It’s exactly the opposite. Old painted windows and dirty green doors that don’t shut. The door to my storage area will notary closed for the life of me meaning all of my belongings are at risk of being taken. I’ve never once seen anyone on site during business hours and there’s always some car just..hanging out in random areas of the facility. People TOTALLY live here or operate illegally here for sure. The first day I got to my unit there were not lights and some very…nice stranger proceeded to tell me how to hook up my own lights piggy backing off of the facility’s power supply and before he walked away slowly mentioned I’d be better off getting my own lights and hooking my unit up on the downlow than waiting around for the staff to help me. His unit was lit up like he moved in the place. No need for that much light for a regular storage pick up or drop off. He also had four different random guys who clearly had no where else to go hanging out inside and out of his unit. Anyway yeah, the facility’s old and run down and needs a major overhaul. I guess employing the facility would be the most important and immediate thing to do very sketchy, don’t go at night if your alone. Who knows what kind of creatures are living there after hours.

Well organised, digital access (which we find very helpful) and the manager was great!
