The customer service is great at this location. I spoke to Holly, and asked her if they were doing any accommodations for the victims of the Eaton fire.
Holly said that they were not giving any she knew of but would check with her Regional Manager tomorrow. She called me back the next day and I was given a reduction in my storage rate!
