Extra Space Storage

Very easy to get a storage unit! Had it done within minutes. Very friendly staff.

I wouldn’t normally post about something like this but Jodi did such a great job taking care of us I just had to give ExtraSpace a shoutout!

We had a couple large units holding corporate stuff that needed to be downsized. There were a lot of moving parts and we went back and forth- direction from above kept changing.

I was so embarrassed to have to keep changing plans but Jodi was RELENTLESSLY cheerful and endlessly patient as I kept having to adjust what we were doing.
We felt so taken care of I couldn’t let the opportunity pass to praise a great people person.

The new doors and locks at this location are fabulous, too, by the way!
