Extra Space Storage, Rex and Bob have been great to work with. I live in Indiana and needed to secure storage for a family member in California. Everything went so smooth. I highly recommend using their service. They are hands on and on top of it!

We have been dealing with Rex since April 2024. My wife’s stepmother was moved from Independent Living into Assisted living and we had to find local storage for most of her furniture and possessions. We went to several storage places around Hemet, but until we went Extra Space Storage and spoke directly with Rex, we were not happy. Rex worked with us for a couple of hours and helped us determine the best plan and term length to store everything. He was GREAT, knowledgeable, personable - giving us a feeling of confidence. The facilities are CLEAN, well-kept, and easy to use. Frankly it is the best storage facility I have ever been to and used. He even found us a parking space to store My wife’s stepmother’s car. When she passed away in December 2024, Rex again came to our rescue, finding a perfect storage space almost right next to our first one. Once again he went over our plan possibilities to give the best plan financially. A few days later he walked over to our storage sheds to make sure things were ok and that we had the right spaces for our situation. Never did I feel like he was a salesman. He is just a good guy trying to make sure his customers are safe and have a good product. Five Stars for sure for Rex.

Went in yesterday after going to three other locations and finally felt like great customer service was given here. The location was clean when we walked in it smelled really nice. The staff Rex and Bob were more than friendly to us and gave us a quick tour and let us see the space. This location has a rounder parking structure so it is much easier to drive through with a uhaul and the location seems very clean and organized. So far the best one I have seen in Hemet and San Jacinto. Great customer service. Also the price was way better than the rest of the sites. I called first prior to arriving and was quoted and they had the price and space ready for us to check out prior to arrival.
