Extra Space Storage

Our HEMET EXTRA SPACE unit was broken into, and Extra Space has done nothing to contact us for 2 months regarding any videotaping of someone stealing a pool table and large unit contents out the gate. We had your maximum insurance coverage which covered a fraction of what was stolen. I guess we are on our own for answers or recovery of our property.
THE RESPONSE: After contacting them several times as they suggest, but now they need more information! UNIT RENTERS BEWARE OF HOW YOU ARE TREATED AFTER A BREAK IN.

Yolanda was very patient, helpful, and polite. She helped me find exactly the size storage I needed at the best rates by physically showing me the spaces. Best storage place in Hemet!

Samantha and her employees have been a great help with my storage needs. Always friendly and helpful. I’ve been at this location since 7/29/2016. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

I have had my belongings Stored in Many places over the past 30 years and I must say that Samantha & Honeylynn work hard to keep the facility up to date and very clean. They have assisted me in the proper size for my needs at the time. Very pleasant staff. If You have Storage needs then here is the place to go!

“Move Out Day”
Mon. Feb 24, 2025. After 8 1/2 Years I no longer have Storage needs and Thank Extra Space Storage for a clean facility and a pleasant staff.
