The assistant store manager Kim is absolutely amazing. She assured all of the storage needs were met. She helped me to find what I needed and broke down everything for me and made the process go smoothly. People like her make me as a customer feel appreciated and not stupid. She cares for the renters which is extremely awesome. I hope she gets the credit she deserves.

It was a great experience. Very simple, great pricing, and incredibly helpful staff. Also the few times I needed support (forgot my gate code) there was easy to access support!
