I wanted to take a moment to recognize the Store Manager, Bray H. While dealing with the stress of moving states, frustrations with a moving company being late and not communicating, etc., Bray was always there in the office on the days we were at the storage facility, offering kindness and empathy, while remaining incredibly helpful to all the questions we asked. Moving out of state can be stressful, especially when taking everything out of packed storage unit, but Bray made my customer service experience at the Rancho Pueblo Extra Space Storage in Temecula an incredibly positive one. Thank you, Bray!
