Extra Space Storage

Karin and Ashley were wonderful to work with! We needed to switch to a larger storage unit at the last minute and they made the transition super easy. The site is extremely clean and well laid out. I would definitely recommend this Carpinteria company for your storage needs.

I had a great experience. Edward was helpful and friendly and so was his co-worker in the office. The 5 X 5 space I got is perfect for my needs. Know that the Carpinteria, CA location does not have climate controlled spaces. That was the only bummer. Also they will make you either have renter’s or home owner’s insurance or purchase a policy from them. This is something that would be nice to know before heading in rather than feeling like they sucker you in and then throw extra costs at you but this is common practice for big business. Other than that it was great.

I love this facility so much! Everyone is friendly, helpful, kind and it’s right off the 101 in a spacious super nice area. Karen is the very best at the desk, she’s so helpful, kind and was there for me when my mom passed and I was sad. There’s an amazing trail by the beach right across the way so you can go to your storage and have a nice walk also. It’s the only storage place that I’ll use in the LA/SB area….i love them, because of Karen who’s helped me for the last 5 years with different units there. She cares about the business and cares about you. Thank you Karen for making experiences that aren’t expected, as nice as possible, you’re truly a gem and a rare find in the world ?
