Just stopped storing with them, but never had a single issue. Only reason I had to stop is because it got too expensive for me.
App is very easy to navigate, easy to open the gate. All the cameras and codes made me feel very secure. My unit was a 5x5 inside an air conditioned building behind a locked door.
