Three stars go to the personal working at the los banos location. They are very polite and always willing to help. They keep the establishment very clean. As for not giving the 5 stars is cause this company raises the price's. I was paying $143, and they just raised it and an additional $80.00 to 223.00. I'll probably be looking to move or just liquidate all the items in storage. At this rate, after a year or two, I can save my rental money and buy whatever I have in storage at a later time. You have to ask yourself how much value$$$$ you have in storage. At the rate of the increases, the items being stored are now costing twice as much to keep.
Just want to say that the staff are the best and deserve a 5 star rating. My statement at the beginning of the review states that the 3 stars are for the staff. What i really meant is the staff gets 5 stars and 3 for the business. Yes, the prices are reasonable for some months but don't last .
