I made the storage reservation for $96 monthly. In addition, I spoke with the store manager named Michael and confirmed the storage cost of $96. The next day I came to do the contract. However, the agent named Nathaniel told me that the storage cost had gone up to $162 monthly. He wrote the note in my reservation, so that the store manager could refund me the difference. Later on, I even spoke with the district manager where she agreed to provide the refund back to me. However, I still have not received any refund :(

Nick took great care of me today at Burlingame location. He was super polite, efficient and friendly. He set the gold standard in customer service. Give him a raise! Give him a promotion! Thanks, Nick.
