RODENT INFESTATION. We had a unit on the ground floor for 2 months, where we stored all our belongings in between apartments. Our two couches, though well packaged in moving blankets and plastic wrap, were completely covered in soling and droppings and completely destroyed. All our items were covered in droppings. We spent hours cleaning everything up. Jenica refused to refund us or offer us a discount.
