Good service

I moved out of Redwood City's Extra Storage Space on Willow. Dave, the onsite manager was super helpful in getting me sorted with a working elevator and a truck bay close by when I discovered the elevator I used for moving in didn't work.
He was professional, personable and knowledgeable.
I rented a non climate controlled unit and didn't have any issues with the condition of my belongings.
The Extra Space App made it easy to enter and exit the property securely and efficiently... and it kept all my info in one spot.
I would recommend Extra Space if you are looking to store your belongings.

Malina did a great job showing us two units in order for me to find the right unit to fit my needs.
