EDIT - turning this into a 1* review. This place is an absolute SCAM. Within 4 months my rate went up 30% - from $190 to $290. After 1 year my rate just went up again. I moved here because of the great rates and am now paying more than I was at my last place. The excuse that this is industry standard is a joke - my last place went up less than 25% over 5 years. You should be ashamed of doing this, especially in a historically underserved community.
Just adding to the already copious amount of great reviews of this place. A++ customer service - the staff and manager are always above and beyond friendly. Reasonable prices given this area and a very well kept facility.
