If you like rats, this is your place! I paid nearly $700 / month for 4 years. Cleaned out my storage only to find rats had lived there for years. They changed the locks, never sent me the keys. Now, it's all cleaned out, and they will not close the account until 'it's unlocked.' I explained that it is clear and a friend (I live in the city) has the keys he picked up for me the week before and could drop them off to close things out. Nope, couldn't even give me that tiny bit of help after paying for years of rat infestation and property damage. Thanks! You guys really suck hard.

Staff onsite is incredibly helpful and friendly. They really went above and beyond to help me out when I was having some trouble accessing my unit after I lost my keys.
