This storage facility has great customer service! The manager on site is always very helpful. He even helped me sort out an issue I had with my unit’s door and the lock being incompatible. Every time I go to my storage, the site always clean and tidy. And I appreciate that new upgraded gate system!

I have rented several storage units from Extra Space in past This Month may be the best rental experience I have had this year. From American Canyon,CA to Kapolei,to Honolulu and back to Kapolei. Jena is simply incredible, she really knows her stuff , sprinkle in an abundance of ALOHA and you have the ingredients of an awesome rental agent.
