Extra Space Storage

I arrived at the facility with a note on the door that said we’re on property call or text the number provided. I called and was greeted very promptly and professionally by Michael. Michael greeted me at the door and invited me into the office. He let me know the size and price of the units available. He was very accommodating and drove me in the cart to the first unit, which I decided to rent. I was out the door in less than 30 mins. When I came back to move in the first small load I discovered my lock didn’t work. He very quickly helped me discover a solution. Jen
