I don’t understand how this place has 5 solid stars. In the year that we’ve been here, my rate has increased twice. In addition to that, my belongs were chewed up in the drive up unit and covered in mouse droppings.

Moving out after one year and going back to our old storage unit.

Btw, Vanessa will tell you to come to her for any rate increases and she’ll be able to help fight it. BS. I brought this up before I signed the contract and she put me at ease. 3 months later, my rate increased. 11 months later, got another rate increase notification. I understand the staff on-site has no control and corporate sets the price (so I’m told).

Beware before you are sold by the friendly smile and false guarantees.
