Extra Space Storage

Adam helped my elderly mom move her belongings in and he’s been nothing but kind and accommodating since. The facility itself is kept clean, easy to get around. Locks are not complicated to use. Good prices and easy location.

This place has great customer service. I spoke with Adam and he was so courteous and attentive. I have the perfect storage unit for my needs. 10/10!

I'm the kind of Human Being that keeps it {ORGANIC} I'm brand new to Extra Space Storage only since last year, & {ADAM} has been just {WONDERFUL & KIND TO ME} I believe that 6 like what I mentioned deserves to entered in his file for CERTAIN those 5 STARS belong to ADAM!!!! MAY {GOD BLESS}

I had some concerns with billing and my current space. I contacted them through their corporate site. My case was followed up by a call from Adam? I believe and he was super thorough with answering my questions. Totally helped me out and was super nice to follow up. Most places really don’t care and won’t get back to you at all. It was a nice surprise to get a follow up and resolution to my issues. Thanks!
