After having my storage broken into elsewhere twice in the last 6 months I followed a friend over to Extra Space Storage to get a new storage. Jennifer was absolutely amazing and very forthcoming about the entire process. From introductory prices changing in the future to security measures, and better ways to protect my storage unit. She also discussed with me the several levels of renters insurances that they cover. I already feel safe and I haven't put anything in my storage unit yet. I appreciate the motion sensory, cameras, and private security measures to ensure our property is as safe as possible. With thieves breaking into so many storage units across the country, we can only hope for the best. Thanks Jennifer for being so personable, approachable, available, and professional....
