The staff at this location is among the friendliest and most competent storage staff I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with, in my travels across the country. Claudia in particular was a superstar today, working on a complicated payment issue that she resolved quickly and satisfactorily. She listened to me and understood every detail of what I relayed, which is rare in customer service! Then she delivered a solution that resolved the issue and showed care for me as a customer. Riley has also been great, multiple times. In addition, the facility is clean and in good order, which I cannot say for the other places I checked out in the Berkeley/Emeryville area. My experience here has been a good one. I recommend this location.

This plane is cursed. Confusing, dirty and expensive. Guaranteed full blown panic attack everytime im here. No running water, trash cans,.soap,. restrooms. No sir filtestion. No sinsge. Everything looks the same elevator locks you out and front doors slam on you... And I'm paying for this.
