Absolutely fantastic experience throughout my 1.5 year 'tenure' at the Extra Space Storage in Rohnert Park. Had all my family's stuff in storage (multiple units) as we were moving to Europe.

The staff (especially Mark ) has been nothing but amazing, worked with us relentlessly to ensure the best possible solutions and options. The units themselves were great, the access to units were smooth and easy. It is not crowded, so there was plenty of equipment at all times.

I used many storage units both West and East Coast in the past, and this was by far the best experience.

I spent the last month at Extra Space Storage prepping my stuff for the 40ft container to be shipped to Europe and every single interaction with Mark was pleasant and very helpful.

Nothing but high recommendations for this location and the staff that is very professional, friendly and accommodating.

Mark is the best, he is the office manager and is always friendly, courteous, very responsive and watches for our best interest. He takes great care of us. We really appreciate it. we have been there for over six years and never had any problems with rodents, theft, or any other issues. Highly recommended!
