Extra Space Storage

The customer service at this facility is really amazing and trustworthy. We've been using this facility for over 6 months now, and we're pretty happy with the experience. The staff here is very nice!

I’ve been looking to have a safe, friendly place to store my stuff and finally found both. Tracy is amazing on point and very professional . I recommend for sure.

I have been with ESS for 14 months. I am very happy with this Facility for many reasons I will mention. I'm on the second floor in the back elevator up to the 2nd floor is needed it's located towards the exit gate. Temperature is fine a little cold in winter but wear a jacket.

1. Hours of Operation they stay open til 10pm (not very common) I picked this specifically for the hours. I need all the time to get into my storage with out a 5-7 cut off time. So it's great they stay open late.

2. Clean very clean! Never an issue in my items. No bugs ever. It's always clean and quiet.

3. Very easy to get to from the freeway. Also carts at entrance are easy to maneuver in and out of elevator/halls

4. The property manager is always so helpful with any questions or concerns.

5. The other (storage customers) are friendly no hassle and mind their own business respectful pass by's . They have covered parking for 2 large vehicles at roll up gates entrance.

So there you go a 5 stars for this location. I've never had any issues. I am very happy with this Storage.

Tracy, has been very helpful and has worked with us for many years now. We needed a unit last minute and Tracy got us in quickly. Very clean units, easy to access. Glad we’re back working with her.

In early 2021 we needed to find a storage unit and began looking at different companies. After reading a lot of bad reviews, we found that ExtraSpace Storage on Curtner Ave in Campbell had a lot of good reviews. Many were attributed to the great customer service given by Tracy, the office manager there.

We called and made an appointment with Tracy. She personally gave us a tour of the available units, explained the contract terms and discounts available, and helped us select packing supplies. We were thrilled with her attention to detail and her desire to make sure we were completely satisfied. We have had a space there for 4 years now and couldn’t be happier.

Someone we know recently needed a unit and Tracy found the perfect unit near the elevator and held the unit over the weekend.

All in all, Tracy has been a joy to work with these past 4 years. She goes above and beyond for her customers and we highly recommend her and her ExtraSpace Storage location on Curtner Ave.
