Tracy was phenomenal. She was very thorough and explained everything.

Ok, so first off:
1) They lock you in, inside. It’s not a push bar exit, be careful in the event of a fire.
2) no maps of exits
3) no trash cans
4) they lock you in again to leave the parking lot. Let’s see what the Fire Marshall has to say about this one ?‍? ?
5) they scam you from the start, without including all the fees
6) the manager is a real b and even insinuates that you are less than her and you won’t receive deals/promotions if you want to move or renegotiate.
7) they’re con artists who will start you off at $40 and then say “ohhh what happened, sorry it’s $180 now!! But we’ll discount it for you to $80. You’re winning!”
