Extra Space Storage

I'm so happy. I had an incredible experience with the team at Extra Storage (except for the person who answered my first call from the call center - she gave me a lot of wrong info). After talking to the call center, Bianca sent me a text message and confirmed my reservation. I was impressed by that nice touch! I was able to easily call them back and start telling them about my needs while I was en route.

I needed a rental unit today but they were closing in 20 minutes. Delesia stayed late was so incredibly patient and kind to me as I asked her a gazillion questions about each of the units. She was a great listener, super helpful and so friendly. I loved her sweet demeanor and positive energy. She was very knowledgeable about the units and gave great insights about each. I locked in 6 months to get an even better deal. Thank you, I appreciate you, Delesia! She deserves a raise and promotion! ?

What a great storage facility! It’s very secure. It’s exceptionally clean and all the staff is very friendly and helpful today Sanjay Sathod help me with my paperwork and give me a tour in the installations, definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a storage unit in this area!

We’ve had our unit for over a year and every time we need any type of assistance, the store manager Delesia is always a great help. We transferred from one unit to another for less space and Sanjay was great with helping us complete the transfer in a quick and convenient manner. Thanks so much Extra Space Storage Milpitas for being so helpful and efficient! 10/10 would recommend!!
