I’ve had such a great experience with Extra Space Storage. From the online navigation to determining which unit I needed and instructions to get in. I’ve met Carmen in one of my visits as she was making her round and she is THE SWEETEST! So personable to talk to and made me feel safe being there by myself and that nothing strange is going to get past her on her watch. I especially think it’s nice that she remembered me and my name - it’s the effort to take the time to know the “residents” there that really shows what great customer service they have. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to use this location!
