Review:
I paid for the premium service for my rental unit and then learned that the premium features are not actually available at this location. The nice manager, Arden, helped me to sort it out and adjust my monthly fee, which took quite a bit of work on her part. The one star off is for the company’s disorganization in providing that misinformation in the first place and charging for features that aren’t actually available, but I’ve had a good experience with the manager at this location, and the facility seems clean and secure.
