Extra Space Storage

The staff, especially Robbie, that run the cite that I rented units from are very helpful and pleasant to do business with! Unfortunately the prices have gotten too high for me so I had to relocate, but they were even helpful on the way out. Facilities were also always clean and pretty well maintained.

The onsite management is very nice and willing to help how they can. I like the Manager, Robbie, as he is very friendly and knows his job very well.
That being said the price increases has made us have to slim down what we had rented from this place.

Rob is excellent, breaks down the process, keeps it stress-free, he's approachable and JUST the type of guy you want in a guest-facing pseudo service position.

Wish they were open a few hours later...but I get it.

When you've got people like Rob up front...keep 'em and treat 'em well!

Great place clean staff very nice

The customer service is excellent and always clear on explaining in detail about the whole process of getting a new storage unit and if there is any way to save money. Thanks to Robbie, the on site manager I got a bigger unit for the same price I was previously paying, I'm extremely satisfied with the new unit. He deserves a raise. ?
