Extra Space Storage

Deleted my old review so I could update. We’ve been using this facility for over a year and I was unhappy because of the way the rates were increased. I had previously left a review expressing my frustrations, and the following day Extra Space called me. I missed their first call, but when I called back, I spoke with the manager, Christina. Christina offered to lower our rate (still an increase from our previous rate, but a much more reasonable amount) and also offered some other units we could move our stuff into that had lower rates as well. We decided to move to a different unit within this same facility. We never wanted to have to change storage companies in the first place because we do like the location of this facility and the security of the units, so I’m happy that we were able to get this sorted out. It would’ve been a huge hassle to move. I greatly appreciate that Extra Space actually reads their reviews and tries to take action to satisfy their customers. I also greatly appreciated Christina’s customer service and I really appreciate them taking care of this for me. Thank you!
