They have lied on numerous occasions about previous brake ins, their maintenance, and watching who goes in behind you without punching in. They do not enforce check in for every vehicle- this means your storage is in fact, not safe with them.

There are black-widows making their homes in the halls, in your units and not to mention no AC in the upstairs building. They will increase your rates almost monthly with no apparent reason and has had this issue since day one. They give you a good deal to get you in the door and to put your name on the contract before they double it over time.

Fall behind on the rent? Don’t worry, they quote you a late fee and charge you something different when you pay! (SPOILER ALERT! It’s more than they quote and don’t tell you why if you ask!) If you are looking for somewhere to get royal screwed, this is the place.
