reserved a unit from the Extra Space Storage website which advertised 'web' pricing. The actual price per month in the confirmation email was $7.00 per month more expensive than the quoted 'web' price. The good news is that the per month cost was still cheaper than the advertised monthly rate if you walk in the door. Asking why there was a difference in pricing (which you can still see on the website) offered no reasonable answer other than 'the price changes daily'....so why is the price currently quoted on the website lower than what is charged as web pricing? your guess is as good as mine
