Extra Space Storage

The loomis facility is very clean and the staff went above and beyond for me.

The storage itself is as expected, however, the faculty has now been sold to a corporation that raises rates multiple times per year. In the space of one year the monthly rental went from $173 to $271… save yourself the grief and avoid Extra Space storage.

Update: they reduced the price by $13.
